- Airport transfer from Liberia airport and return.
- Hostel accommodations in Nicoya, Thursday night, March 09
- Classes three days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- All tours, including Arenal and Monteverde; kayak or boat trip in Samara, to Isla Chora (if weather and sea conditions permit). Students will be offered a choice of either the Coffee Tour in Monteverde or Surf Lessons in Samara. If students opt for both, there would be an additional charge of either $35 for the coffee tour, or $50 for surf lessons
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the entire itinerary
- All school activities
- All texts and study materials
- All local and federal Costa Rica taxes (airport tax not included)
- Homestay begins on Sunday night and ends on Sunday morning, seven nights. Two students will be placed in the same homestay, a few will share bedrooms, separate beds. For those students who prefer to be placed individually in a homestay, every effort will be made to accommodate their request. Daily breakfast and dinner is in the homestay unless otherwise noted in the program itinerary. Laundry is included.
- Hotel accommodations while in Arenal and Monteverde will be based on double and triple occupancy.
- Daily fresh tropical fruit or juice and coffee at the school.

- Airport departure tax, which is estimated at $28 per person

- Students are required to have medical insurance as stipulated by Indiana University South Bend
- In the event that a student receives medical attention at the hospital, or at a private clinic, medical fees must be paid in cash directly to the hospital at the time services are rendered. Neither hospitals nor doctors will accept insurance policies issued outside of Costa Rica; however, the student's insurance policy may reimburse the student for such fees, depending upon the terms of the policy.
